Galleries, gallery reps, professional art consultants and interior designers are encouraged to sell the work of Robert Lewis using this website. You can show this piece to your client and act as Robert Lewis' representative, taking a full commission. You can also request other paintings to be made available for this reseller program.

Certify

You are a bona fide gallery, gallery representative, professional art consultant or professional interior designer. You understand that claiming the painting is a purchase at the wholesale price with the understanding that you intend to sell the painting at the retail price or above.

Refund

Should you not be able to sell the painting within a 30 day period you may return it for a refund. You agree to return the undamaged painting within 30 days from the agreement date (above) should you need to. You understand that you will receive a refund of the wholesale price only less a handling fee of $50. You understand that this is valid only if the painting is returned undamaged and is in our possession within the 30 days. You understand that to return the painting you must pay shipping and insurance for the retail price of the painting. The painting must be received by the artist within the 30 day period or a refund will not be honored and the painting will be considered purchased by you, no exceptions.

Payments

You understand that the payments are only completed through the Paypal process which includes your choice of using your credit card/debit card or your Paypal account. The cost of shipping the painting to you or your client will be included in your paymen. Checks are not accepted. You understand that this is a purchase by you, not your client. You will be charged the wholesale price. You must charge your client the minimum retail price seperately from this transaction.

During the online payment process, you may choose where you want the painting shipped. You may ship it directly to your gallery for display or to your client for approval or final purchase.
